1. Introduction
Welcome to Conexello.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conexello platform, website, software, embedded quotation widgets and related services ("Service").
Conexello is currently operated by:

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any part of Conexello, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Conexello.
2. About Conexello
Conexello is a Software-as-a-Service platform designed primarily for cleaning businesses.
The Service allows businesses to:
- create online quotation forms;
- embed quotation widgets on websites;
- collect customer enquiries;
- manage lead information;
- export and import lead data;
- manage subscription access.
Conexello provides software tools only. Conexello does not:
- provide cleaning services;
- enter into contracts with cleaning customers;
- guarantee cleaning business revenue;
- verify cleaning businesses;
- guarantee that quotations generated through the platform are accepted by customers.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Account" means a registered user account used to access Conexello.
- "Customer" means a cleaning business or other business using Conexello.
- "End Customer" means an individual who submits information through a Conexello widget.
- "Lead Data" means information submitted by End Customers through a Conexello widget or imported into the Service.
- "Subscription" means a paid plan providing access to Conexello features.
- "Widget" means the embedded quotation tool provided by Conexello.
- "Service" means all Conexello software, features, websites, applications and related services.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Conexello account.
By registering for Conexello, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a contract;
- the information provided during registration is accurate;
- you have authority to represent your business where applicable.
Conexello is intended for business users.
5. Account Registration
To use Conexello, you must create an account.
You may register using:
- email and password;
- supported third-party authentication methods, including Google Login.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your login credentials;
- ensuring your account information remains accurate;
- all activity conducted through your account.
You must notify Conexello immediately if you suspect:
- unauthorised account access;
- stolen credentials;
- security issues affecting your account.
6. One Account Per User
Each Conexello account is intended for use by one individual.
At this time, Conexello does not support:
- team accounts;
- employee accounts;
- shared accounts.
You must not share your account credentials with other individuals.
Future versions of Conexello may introduce additional user management features.
7. Free Trial
Conexello may provide a free trial period. The current trial period is 14 days.
The free trial:
- does not require payment card details;
- does not automatically convert into a paid subscription;
- does not create any payment obligation unless you actively subscribe.
During the trial period, you may access available Conexello features subject to these Terms.
Conexello reserves the right to modify, limit or discontinue trial availability.
8. Subscriptions and Paid Plans
After the trial period, continued access to Conexello requires an active subscription.
Current subscription plans may include:
Starter Plan
£14.99 per month
Grow Plan
£27.99 per month
Pricing and available plans may change from time to time. Any price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by:
Paddle
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for Conexello subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Paddle processes payment transactions;
- Paddle may collect billing information required to complete payment;
- Paddle's own terms and policies may apply to payment processing.
Conexello does not store complete payment card information.
10. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
- your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period;
- you retain access to paid features until the subscription period expires;
- you will not receive further charges after cancellation takes effect.
After the subscription period ends:
- paid features become unavailable;
- widgets may be disabled;
- lead submission functionality may stop.
Reactivating a subscription restores access subject to available plans and pricing.
11. Widget Access and Subscription Status
The Conexello widget is available only while your account has valid access to the Service.
Widget availability depends on your account subscription status.
The widget will remain active when:
- your account is within the free trial period;
- your subscription is active;
- your subscription has been cancelled but the paid billing period has not yet ended.
If your subscription expires or your access ends:
- the widget may be disabled;
- new lead submissions may be blocked;
- related public API functionality may become unavailable.
Cancelling a subscription does not immediately remove access. You continue to receive access to paid features until the end of your current subscription period. Once the subscription period has ended, access to subscription features will stop.
12. Conexello Widget and Lead Data
Conexello allows customers to collect quotation requests through embedded widgets.
The customer using the widget is responsible for:
- deciding what information is collected;
- ensuring collection of personal data is lawful;
- providing appropriate privacy information to End Customers;
- responding to requests from individuals regarding their personal information.
Lead Data collected through the widget may include:
- name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- postcode;
- property details;
- cleaning requirements;
- additional information provided by the End Customer.
The cleaning business remains responsible for the relationship with its End Customers.
Conexello does not:
- provide cleaning quotations on behalf of customers;
- verify the accuracy of submitted information;
- guarantee that leads will result in business;
- guarantee conversion rates or revenue.
13. Data Processing Agreement
Where a customer uses Conexello to collect and manage End Customer information, the parties acknowledge that:
- the customer acts as Data Controller;
- Conexello acts as Data Processor.
Use of Conexello includes acceptance of the Conexello Data Processing Agreement ("DPA").
The DPA governs:
- processing of Lead Data;
- security obligations;
- processor responsibilities;
- subprocessors;
- deletion of personal data.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their use of Conexello complies with applicable data protection laws.
14. Lead Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership and control of their Lead Data.
Conexello does not claim ownership rights over:
- customer leads;
- customer databases;
- quotation requests;
- business information uploaded into the Service.
Customers grant Conexello a limited licence to process Lead Data solely for the purpose of:
- providing the Service;
- storing information;
- displaying information within the customer's account;
- delivering notifications;
- maintaining platform functionality.
This licence ends when processing is no longer required.
15. Lead Notifications
Conexello may send notifications relating to new leads.
Lead notification emails may include information submitted through the widget, including:
- customer name;
- contact information;
- property details;
- additional information provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that persons accessing these notifications are authorised to view customer information.
16. Import and Export of Data
Conexello may provide tools allowing customers to:
- import Lead Data;
- export Lead Data.
Supported formats may include:
- CSV;
- JSON.
Customers are responsible for:
- ensuring imported data was collected lawfully;
- maintaining appropriate permissions to use imported information;
- reviewing exported information for accuracy.
Conexello does not verify imported data.
Customers remain responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws regarding imported and exported information.
17. Customer Responsibilities
When using Conexello, you agree that you will:
- provide accurate account information;
- use the Service lawfully;
- comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- protect your login credentials;
- maintain appropriate privacy notices for your own customers;
- obtain any necessary permissions before collecting personal information;
- only upload information you have the right to use.
You are responsible for your own business operations, pricing decisions, customer communications and services.
18. Acceptable Use
You must not use Conexello to:
- send spam or unsolicited communications;
- collect personal information unlawfully;
- submit fake or fraudulent leads;
- impersonate another person or business;
- distribute malware or harmful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Conexello systems;
- interfere with platform operation;
- reverse engineer, copy or modify Conexello software;
- resell access to Conexello without permission;
- use Conexello for illegal activities.
Conexello may investigate suspected misuse of the Service.
19. Suspension and Restriction of Access
Conexello may suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary, including where:
- these Terms are breached;
- the account is used for abusive or illegal purposes;
- there is a security risk;
- payment obligations are not fulfilled;
- activity threatens the Service or other users.
Where possible, Conexello may provide notice before suspension.
However, immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect:
- the platform;
- customer data;
- other users;
- third parties.
Suspension does not remove obligations that arose before suspension.
20. Account Deletion
Customers may delete their Conexello account through available account settings.
Deleting an account is permanent.
When an account is deleted:
- account access is removed;
- organisation data is deleted;
- Lead Data associated with the account is deleted, except where retention is required by law.
Deleted data cannot normally be recovered.
Customers are responsible for exporting any required information before deleting their account.
21. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title and interest in and to Conexello, including:
- software;
- source code;
- platform architecture;
- user interface;
- branding;
- logos;
- designs;
- documentation;
- trademarks;
- underlying technology;
remain the property of Conexello or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Conexello grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You must not:
- copy Conexello software;
- modify or create derivative works;
- reverse engineer the Service;
- attempt to access source code;
- remove ownership notices;
- reproduce Conexello features for a competing service.
22. Customer Content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit to Conexello, including:
- business information;
- Lead Data;
- imported data;
- customer information.
By using Conexello, you grant us permission to process this information only as necessary to provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the necessary rights to submit information;
- your content does not violate applicable laws;
- your use of Conexello does not infringe third-party rights.
23. Service Availability
Conexello aims to provide a reliable and available service.
However, you acknowledge that:
- online services may experience interruptions;
- maintenance may occasionally be required;
- third-party infrastructure may affect availability.
Conexello does not guarantee that the Service will always be:
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- available at all times.
Where possible, Conexello will take reasonable steps to restore service issues.
24. Quotations and Business Decisions
Conexello provides software tools to help cleaning businesses collect enquiries and manage quotation requests.
Conexello does not guarantee:
- accuracy of quotations;
- customer acceptance of quotations;
- business growth;
- increased revenue;
- conversion rates;
- customer satisfaction.
Cleaning businesses are solely responsible for:
- pricing decisions;
- quotations provided to customers;
- contracts with customers;
- cleaning services delivered;
- business operations.
Any estimated prices or calculations generated using Conexello tools are provided as business assistance only.
25. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services, including:
- payment providers;
- hosting providers;
- email providers;
- authentication providers.
Conexello is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
26. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conexello provides the Service on an "as available" basis.
Except where expressly stated in these Terms, Conexello makes no warranties or representations regarding:
- suitability of the Service for your business;
- expected results;
- revenue generation;
- uninterrupted operation;
- accuracy of business outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conexello total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be limited to the fees paid by the customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Conexello shall not be liable for:
- loss of profits;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business opportunities;
- loss of reputation;
- indirect or consequential losses;
- expected savings;
- loss of customers.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- other liabilities that cannot legally be restricted.
28. Customer Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Conexello harmless from claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from:
- your unlawful use of the Service;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of third-party rights;
- your collection or use of Lead Data;
- your failure to comply with applicable privacy laws.
This includes claims relating to information collected through your Conexello widget.
29. Changes to the Service
Conexello may update, improve, modify or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.
Changes may include:
- new features;
- removal of features;
- technical improvements;
- security updates.
Where changes materially affect paid customers, Conexello may provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on the Conexello website.
Where changes are significant, we may notify registered users using their account email address.
Your continued use of Conexello after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
31. Termination
Either you or Conexello may terminate use of the Service.
You may stop using Conexello at any time.
Conexello may terminate or suspend access where:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- continued access creates legal or security risks;
- the Service is discontinued;
- required by law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with:
- Privacy Policy;
- Cookie Policy;
- Data Processing Agreement;
- Refund Policy;
form the complete agreement between you and Conexello regarding use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
