Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Conexello subscriptions.

Conexello is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed primarily for businesses.

This Refund Policy applies together with:

  • Conexello Terms of Service;
  • Conexello Privacy Policy;
  • applicable payment provider terms.

2. Free Trial

Conexello may provide a free trial period.

The current trial period is:

14 days

The free trial:

  • does not require payment card details;
  • does not automatically create a paid subscription;
  • does not create any payment obligation unless you actively subscribe.

The purpose of the trial is to allow businesses to evaluate whether Conexello meets their needs before purchasing a subscription.

3. Subscription Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through:

Paddle

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for Conexello payments.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • subscription charges are recurring unless cancelled;
  • payment information is processed by Paddle;
  • Paddle's payment terms may also apply.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period;
  • you continue to have access to paid features until that date;
  • future recurring payments will stop.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused time remaining in the billing period.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions purchased from Conexello are generally non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • unused subscription time;
  • failure to use the Service;
  • change of business circumstances;
  • choosing not to use available features;
  • misunderstanding of Service functionality where the Service was accurately described.

Because Conexello provides a free trial without requiring payment details, customers have the opportunity to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

6. Exceptional Refund Requests

Although refunds are generally not provided, Conexello may review refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • duplicate charges;
  • technical billing errors;
  • payments made due to a verified mistake;
  • circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refund requests should include:

  • account email address;
  • transaction details;
  • reason for the request.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those rights remain unaffected.

8. Subscription Price Changes

Conexello may change subscription pricing from time to time.

Existing customers will normally receive notice before pricing changes affect their future billing periods.

9. Account Deletion

Deleting your Conexello account does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.

Before deleting an account, customers should export any required information.

Account deletion may permanently remove:

  • account information;
  • organisation data;
  • lead data.

Deleted information may not be recoverable.
